Please try not to cancel the session within 24 hours of the scheduled time.

Please note that missed sessions mean a loss of opportunity for another person to receive theirs. Therefore, I appreciate that you would let me know 24 hours in advance if you are unable to make your booking. Change or cancellation prior to 24 hours notice will result in no charge. Short notice and last minute changes will result in a regular session charge. If you miss your session completely, I will wait for you throughout your booking time on the assumption you are delayed and the full session fee will be charged.
